My name is Danny Williamson, your current constable. I am running for re-election for Robertson County Constable Pct. 3. 

 

My family has been in Robertson County for 34 years and members of the Baptist church. I was employed 32 years as a state livestock inspector in Robertson and Brazos County. In 2012 I attended the police academy, graduating in 2013. I served as a reserve deputy constable working in Pct 1 and Pct 2. As a reserve deputy constable, I worked 16-20 a month unpaid for 6 yrs. During this time, I sharpened my skills as an officer and the duties of constable. In 2020 I was elected Constable pct 3. 

 

During my term as Constable Pct. 3, I have fulfilled the duties of constable by  serving responsibilities in justice of peace court and service of civil process. During my term, I have accomplished and participated in the following;

 

• Increased rural patrol on county roads, increased traffic enforcement within pct 3, and provided assistance to other law enforcement agencies in the county.
   

• Implemented a drone program in Robertson County. I attended drone flight school and received a FAA drone license. The drone is used in law enforcement locating suspects, missing persons, evidence collection and is also used for emergency response such as wildfires and other needs.
   

• Schools in Robertson County have become a priority. Robertson County Constables as a group have increased our presence in the ISD systems. The Robertson County Constables conduct school tours and campus maps to all the law enforcement agencies in the county and visit schools periodically throughout the year.

 

In closing, I believe I have demonstrated that my responsibility is to the residents of Robertson County, and to be an effective and accountable constable. I am asking for your vote and with your support I will continue to work for you and your safety.
